About Me

Hi there! My name is Haley Thomas and I am a human being, just like you, trying to navigate the ups and downs of life with heart, soul, and authenticity. Growing up, I was raised in small-town, suburbia Pennsylvania, where I was modeled considerate and forgiving co-parenting by divorced parents (and wonderful people!). I, then, obtained my professional counseling license and experience in Miami, where I also gained unique and diverse life-experience. Currently, I am putting roots down in the middle-of-nowhere North Carolina with my life partner and best friend, which has provided me the opportunity to self-discover new strengths, passions, and powerful perspectives. I have realized the importance of striving for balance and learning how to find beauty through the chaotic rollercoaster that is life, and I now understand the integral roles consciousness, self-acceptance, and authenticity play in achieving this idea.

My hope is to bring inspiration, insight, and encouragement to others who are looking to add a little zest to their lives, while simultaneously working to humanize and connect with others through the 'sameness' of suffering, to which we all can relate. I am grateful that something in the universe has led you to this moment and has allowed our paths to cross. Although the human experience can be emotional and confusing for all of us, I fully believe we all have infinite potential to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
